RICK NOLAND

Rick Noland began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Ernst before transitioning to a 30-year tenure with JM Family Enterprises and Southeast Toyota Distributors, Inc., where he held several senior roles, including Vice President of Accounting, Vice President of Administration, and Chief Operating Officer of Southeast Industrial Equipment. During his leadership, Southeast Industrial Equipment saw a dramatic increase in revenue, growing from $15 million to over $50 million annually. In 2010, Rick shifted his focus to business consulting and executive coaching, founding Noland Consulting in St. Augustine, Florida. Over the past decade, he has worked with companies across industries like automotive, law, construction, chemical distribution, and even niche markets like antiques and racetracks. His approach is centered on improving efficiency, scalability, and financial literacy within organizations. Rick is also a Certified Scaling Up Coach with Gazelles International, a certification that allows him to help companies optimize growth strategies, develop exit plans, and navigate bottlenecks in operations. Rick has a proven track record of doubling company revenues and profits while also mentoring executives to grow into higher leadership roles. He enjoys working with both small business owners and large-scale operations to achieve strategic growth and operational improvements. Rick holds a Certified Public Accountant license, which enhances his ability to help businesses optimize financial processes and set smart growth targets.
